Hi Claire I put 5lbs on in two weeks! I weigh in tomorrow but I'm on track for 3.5lbs lost this week. I think you're right about your hunger - its just from your grazing over the last few weeks. I've been 100% on plan since Tuesday.
Your vlogs are so informative, love the meal ideas, especially what you have for lunch this is the meal I struggle with the most I get up at 4am and I can’t think about food at that time lol. I really should plan the night before, this should be my goal to plan better. Good luck with your weight loss this week x

I wish I could do my eyeliner like you. It looks amazing. I need one of those flasks. Great for soups and I still need the stag chilli ( not the meat one). Need to get some of the lemon cheesecake and banoffee Kvarg yoghurts. I’ve got bored of plain Greek yoghurt. I admit I love ❤the brioche rolls. I’d eat salmon Everyday I love the SW magazines. There are so many inspirational stories. I gained 5 lbs. Went to Barbados, Christmas and new year so back on it now. Xxx I like high bran too with fruit and milk.
Oh Claire was Barbados fabulous ? Hope you had an amazing time. Winged eyeliner was my thing in my 20s I’ve only recently started wearing it like that again thank you ☺️ barges much better the plain yoghurt 🙌🏼

So did I Tina until I didn’t have a cooker or hob then I had to make the best of what I had available I discovered that rice is so much easier in the microwave I wouldn’t ever do it in the hob now , the egg and omlette poachers are so handy 🙌🏼 I bet there are loads more things you can do 👌🏼 thanks so much have a fab week C x
Thank-you Claire your salmon and curry noodles looked amazing hubby's going to make it this but im fuming i lost 1lb on Saturday hubby lost 7lb but its a loss im sticking to it though i could have maintained but hey ho 🙋♀️👋🤗
Julie take the loss every lb counts and the main thing is it’s in the right direction we all know for some reason it falls off men, any men in group always tend to get big losses women just seem to lose that bit slower . Try the noodles they are amazing 🤩

I keep looking , iceland, tesco cant find them, i not been for 2 week i put on 6lb on my scale mine nomarly pound diffece,, i see Wednesday. So from Wednesdays i have start again. I lov3 how you put you not even let it get to you . Wish i was like u i always get up set.
Don’t get upset Chanel , I know that’s easier said than done but put that into motivation because you can and you will do it 🙌🏼 you’ve had some great losses so you know you can do it !!! The low fat super noodles I have picked up in Tesco and Sainsbury’s I think and possibly Asda. Have a fab week this week and I look forward to hearing about your next loss 🙌🏼👌🏼💪🏼😊
