Hiiii guysss!! I’m very much still in the New Year spirit lolol I just wanted to make a point to say that routines DO NOT need to be perfect! Some weeks we’ll follow them to a tee and some weeks will most definitely throw us curve balls!! This video is for the people who just feel a little lost in the sauce with their goals! It’s sooo easy to set goals but it’s so hard to figure out how we can execute them! I’m proud of all the work you’re putting in this year! Rooting for you ALWAYS 🫶🏾 see y’all on Sunday!!

You said something on a recent video about now being afraid of being uncomfortable so I did the unthinkable and set my alarm for 630am to get my workout in before taking my kids to school. I have a pretty ridiculous schedule as a full time night shift worker and a single mom of four so this is definitely eating into my already limited sleep about an hour but it has been a game changer in my day to day. I really didn’t think I could do it but I did and I’m loving it.

This video has given me so much energy and motivation! As someone who deals with the constant noise in my head from ADHD, I really need routines. I appreciate that you not only explained why routines are important but also walked us through your routine and how it makes you feel on a deep level. One of the reasons we don't stick to routines is because of how they make us feel. We're emotional beings, after all. Thank you for sharing your insights!

I wake up at 5am since last year and it always pisses me off when people are like "Why do you wake up that early?", I wake up early because I want to start the day working on my self, with affirmations, gratitude, meditation... I like starting my day with good energies and it's awesome and make my day much better.

I agree and will definitely start waking up early to start the day off with focusing on me. My best friend does it and I admire her for doing it. And we always tell each, “No one knows you but you.” This video help explains it a lot more and doing it step by step.

I feel like there's such a misconcept about making changes within your life. It doesn't have to be done all at 1 time... do it a few times a wk, and before you know it those few times a wk will flow into more times a wk, and then the next thing you know you've slowly acclimated into change and routine to 7 days a wk. This was a thought that I had in mind a few months ago, but sometimes it hits a bit different when someone else says it! I needed to see this video 🙏

one of the things i struggle with is ROUTINE even though i knoooowwww it would help my brain tremendously by getting rid of all the extra thoughts and choices that need to be made during the day. i'm similar to you with adhd and a lot of people that have the type of mind that jumps from task to task have said that making it a muscle memory to do these small things that could be a lifestyle could open up a lot of space because you'll be doing it without realizing while worrying about what you really want to worry about. this year, i'm so serious about hammering down my priorities!! thanks for these advices c:

This is the best and most honest and through video that is honestly eye opening. Being in a constant cycle of needing to make a big change and finding a routine but not knowing where to start has been .... long. I feel like it's been going on so long and this video is exactly what I needed to hear not only the words but the way you got to the point and it made so much sense. Amazing

Thank you for posting this video. I feel like this is the first routines video that actually fully clicked for me. I am definitely going to follow the steps and suggestions mentioned because I have said this year is "going to be big" and I have a lot I want to do/lay the foundation for.

I've been slacking on my evening and morning routine and it's been effecting my days/life pretty negatively but I can't seem to get to bed earlier and keep slacking on my goals. Thank you for all your information, will be applying it this evening and starting off my weekend on a better foot.

This is exactly the video that I needed. I was crying with my friend on FaceTime earlier today cuz I’ve been feeling like I don’t have a clear sense of directions. Going into my 20s with my bday right around the corner and the new year is already here, I really felt overwhelmed by everything and putting pressure on myself that wasn’t actually creating the change I want to see for myself. Thank you for sharing this video because after watching it I feel like I know the first steps to take to making my goals something achievable and attainable. Let get into a black girl uprising in 2023!!!

I’ve been coming across a lot of motivational content lately, but I’m happy to come across this one. I’m a grad student who wants to be more active, start a business, and become an influencer while facing adversity; it isn't easy, but I realized last year that I needed to implement a routine. My motivation has been down for a long time, and that has affected my discipline and consistency, but after watching your video, I’m about to journal all my thoughts and work on it. Thank you!

This helped me a lot !! I’m struggling a lot with really bad mental health problems and I haven’t been to middle school for a year. I’m in heavy trauma therapy and years have been rough for me ever since a six year old girl. Now that I’m thirteen things have been even worse but I’m tired of suffering so much. This video helped me make my own little schedule for the day and even making a little ‘goals’ calendar for this year 🥹🌸🌷💕💕 !!!
I want to thank you for helping so many people ☺️🍓💕
