what a band quo are and to top it off i started supporting united since 1992 when i was 5...remember buying this casette & rewinding the hell out of it over and over..not only is it a good tune but the history & names that are in the song makes me have goosebumps & proud to be a fan.

Hated this as an 11 year old Liverpool "supporter" near Birmingham. Now I support my local non league side I love it to bits and remember how good pro football was back in the 90s. Halfway between hooligans smashing the crap out of each other and the current farce where it's all about money.

TBF a lot of them were die hard Man City fans, like Oasis and Johnny Marr from the Smiths. Joy Division were mixed, and I think only the Stone Roses were Man U supporters but around this time the band was falling apart.
