Very helpful. Thank you so much. Are you in India or Srilanka. This project seems to be in the suburbs , so there is no hindrance to get rid of the excess water emerging from the land after excavation. Do we have to excavate so deep if it is only for a two storey house, and the land is situated near a ditch on the north boundary and drains on the main road on the western boundary. It is a filled up marshy land. What would be the best way to get the excess water drained out , as it is near a main road
Earlier we have a septic tank at the depth of 12 feet we have fill it with red soil we cure it well and we start a new construction after 4 months ,in that plan the we got a pillar in that tank we make agur pillar of we thought that to make 17 feet depth ,but we can dig only 9 feet due coming water in that hole , and we make pillar of 9 inch and and we make a bed at the normal soil level of 2 feet thickness and 2/2 size . My question is ,is there any problem for that pillar in future we making g+1 construction
Applying antitermite is incorrect can reduce its effectiveness. It is important to follow the instructions and not to put antitermite over the existing soil with water mix ratio changes. The soil may not absorb the antitermite evenly.
WOW... Someone REALLY wanted to use this piece of land. You guys may not have shoes, but ya got some really big balls!

Do we provide perforated pipe and pit for seepage drainage
One mistake you guys did is not providing dpc of polythene sheeting on top of the plum concrete before matting the footings
Wow Amazing
Can we do the same procedure if we find well on site?
Interesting and helpful
