The idea could be, the one you did before over and this new one under.
So wind move up will push the remains of the previous design.

I have had some success with an additional aerofoil on top of original screens. And that also works as a vent too. The more you can angle the original back the better in my experience.

Yeah I had one on my NC750X, worked well. Want to do the experiments to see if there's another way to tackle the same problem.
