- Merry Lockdown!
Tramp moves on to the end of the street,
I listen to the echo of his hobnail feet.
For some there's a future to find,
But I think they're leaving me behind.
The world hurries on at its breakneck pace,
People fly by in their lifelong race.
For them there's a future to find,
And I think they're leaving me behind.
The chances, they come but, the chances have been lost.
Success can be gained, but at too great a cost.
For some there's a future to find,
But I think they're leaving me behind.
The wind sweeps up and goes back to its tree,
The rain flows by and moves on to the sea.
For them there's a future to find,
But I think they're leaving me behind. - Видеоклипы
Nick Drake is a difficult one to cover, but this was absolutely beautiful.
Hey! That sounds great! Can we see your performance somewhere live? I mean live - not on youtube :)
I love everything Drake has done. But this song in particular, I think it touches me deeply, the feeling of loneliness, abandonment, loss... You got the feeling, congrats.
You hit those notes perfectly. Not as easy as it looks.
I love your voice, you did amazing, good job 👍
Perfect cover. I've been struggling getting that "think they're leaving me..." part down.

I went and listened the nick drake version and I actually like yours more.
Hey, thank you! Wonderful stuff on your channel. Do you play some Elliott Smith, I think it might really suit you.
@@plukkiepluis No, I don't know of Elliot Smith but I'll check it out
@@plukkiepluis I really like Elliot Smith now, I guess we both have a taste for pessimistic lonely songs.
Really nice!
Dankjewel! Mooi kanaal heb je
Very good, but Nick is a matter of feeling, I personally wouldn’t use metronomes.
