Hi, I don't know which country they are from. They don't have an accent to my ear, American, though for some reason, the location and just their vibe sounds like possibly England. I just discovered greyhound breed personality and have started investigating. Here in America the rescue I found, the price was $4-500. I hope that helps! It's a year since your comment. Her greyhound, King, on this video, was three years old when they got him. She has a great introductory video when she got him, preparing right before King arrived. Lots of great info in the comments on how to care for them. They also happen to be excellent therapy dogs for mental illness. I don't know about for other conditions. That was impressive to learn about.
