Oh I'm sorry to hear that but yeah I got the same issue once, I couldn't redeem the crazy gym bro but I waited for like 1-3 days and It was finally redeemable(it's in my inventory I checked)
Just keep hatching eggs in the 3rd world and eventually you can get a diamond pet.also I recommend to use some luck potions to help increase your chances to find some diamond pets😁.

It took me like 3-5 hours to get 100 diamond pets and also you can get luck potions in the "get gift" if you just stay in the game for like 1 hour or more.
