Fitness cruise would have people using all the cardio machines and the running track would be full of people walking. Other then the food, and self control a regular cruise would probaly be easier to use the fitness facilities.

Seriously Will.... being kind, respectful and having a laugh with the staff is the freaking vibe man. One of the things in life I cannot stand is when people talk down to service workers. Asking Joanne to make you a dumbbell towel arrangement made her smile and its just great to see. Just wanted to pay that compliment!
Especially staying concierge, I bet they get some extremely demanding, patronising, entitled cruisers.
@oliverholland7236I mean if you look at some of the other famous/ rich people and how they treat others when the camera is in, I do not want to know what they treat them wotouht one. Will is one of the small minority that stays humble and treats everyone well

I always love how Will interacts with staff, even better when they match his energy. Joanne and William were brilliant.
When I went on my first cruise, I didn't know the towel animals were a standard thing (I thought they were just for small children), but I liked them so much that I wanted to thank the staff while not letting them know that I was a teenager, and fully put on a baby voice to call them and say that I loved them. After I realized... i was quite embarassed haha.
Omg my fiancé and I saw you on this ship thank you for saying hi and being so friendly we didn’t want to bother you both too much but you were so nice to meet! Forever a fan! ❤️😄

WILL! Thanks for highlighting my article from one of my first cruises years ago. Lol. I definitely do a pre-cruise diet now to allow for a little bit of indulging. My wife and I also aim to make our cruises more healthy and wellness centered like you did here. We have many of the same rules: no elevators, share desserts and workout every day. Been following you for years! Love your stuff. Was so stunned to see you call me out on my blog post about gaining 25 Pounds on a Cruise. What a great surprise as I was watching. Peace!

It's 7 days to relax. Such a strict restriction on food defeats the purpose, the stairs rule and lifting everyday would be perfect to increase energy expenditure. I would rather lean before the trip, exercise consistently and just enjoy my expensive trip

I worked on cruise ships years ago and seeing Joanne reminded me that I still work with hospitality for love. Making other peoples moments even more special with acts of empathy and dedication is what people like Joanne live and work for. What an amazing video Will, as always. Huge fan from Brazil and big SO to Joanne, only the ones who worked onboard know how hard it is to keep that level of dedication and professionalism. ❤
