Encoding an RFID Tag in Impinj's ItemTest Software

Fixed Readers are the workhorses in any RFID system, however they can be used for one-off tag encoding when needed. For example, in a Race Timing application - if the Race Timer doesn't have or bring a USB Reader, one of their Fixed Readers can be used to encode an RFID tag for a last-minute race applicant. This tutorial walks through encoding those one-off UHF RFID tags using an Impinj Fixed Reader and Impinj's ItemTest Software.

This video begins in ItemTest and shows the user how to read a single RFID tag by clearing the read zone of extra RFID tags and/or turning down the transmit power of the RFID antenna being used. Then we walk through reading the RFID tag, excluding the CRC-16 and 16-bit PC (learn about these: www.atlasrfids... ) using the word offset dropdown, and finally encoding the RFID tag using both hex and ASCII characters.

Great Video, I was able to encode the Data in the EPC.
How do we encode data into the "User" Memory bank of the tag in ItemTest, I tried using the same method we did for EPC but its not working (I am too using Monza R6 tag).
