This can be called "udor pindi budhor ghare!" 😡 GTCL's role is very similar to a delivery man where there is no chance to handover the received product (gas and condensate) from producer companies like Chevron or importers like Excellerate to the right receiver (distribution companies like Titas Gas). Thus there is no chance of system loss from the transmission pipeline except any incident especially for natural gas. Thus, the issue of sharing system loss with the distribution companies is neither logical nor legal, rather it is just to protect the actual thefts of distribution companies! 😡
