nauczenie się tego zajeło mi mało czasu, mniej niż tydzień, ale musiałem wyćwiczyć to do tempa 180 bpm, a umiałem w 160 bpm i to zajęło mi parę tygodni, ponieważ wcześniej się z takimi lickami nie spotkałem, ale tym lepiej, lubię dawać sobie takie wyzwania ;)

Any advice on how to pick so fast without straining, i find i tense up when i speed up hard to break the habit.

+Adam Sparrow i do that, but how do you increase the speed? Like once you got the technique or i feel relaxed as soon as i up tempo to try suddenly im tense again. Like playing slow doesn't help me understand how to move the hand fast without applying tension to the muscles if that makes sense.

Try to take some reeeeallyslow tempo and play some lick for 5 minutes without break, after that, increase the tempo 10 bpm higher and again play 5 min, try to take it to your limit and next day start from the begining ;)
