It's motivating to see someone who has several years of experience, is successful, but understands there's always more to learn and there's always room for growth. I recently graduated and I'm job hunting and it feels intimidating that I don't have much experience yet. I think it's important to be transparent and vulnerable about how we don't know everything!

Congrats for your new role Charlie! I had the same feeling as you at the end of last year. As a Freelancer, I was past the state of "survival", landing enough jobs to be fully booked, but I was feeling that I would be able to do more. At the beginning of the year, I landed 2 big Art directions contracts for website redesign as well as being promoted to UI/UX lead on another projet. The learning curve was steeped but now that the year is almost over, I can enjoy the road done and feel so much more confortable in my daily task. I'm sure you'll rise to the occasion! Cheers!

Congrats Charli!! I've got an interview in a little under a week with a little part time job I really want to score. It's nowhere as exciting as Creative Director, but I've never been in the workforce at all and have been struggling to find a place that will accept me with my disability (visually impaired) and lack of experience. Wish me luck!! It's a little tricky to find interview tips for someone who doesn't have past working experiences to draw back on.

Started out as a content creator and got promoted to Art Director within 2 years. I had that same feeling of drive and excitement but truthfully this first year as AD has been ROUGH on me mentally.
