I wish I had seen this video first because I watched a video tutorial from another RUclipsr, and they said to print it on the glossy side. It resulted in the worst outcome. I used around 20 transfer papers before realizing something was wrong. Until then, I came across your video and saw this. I got the best result. Thank you so much for the closure. This video deserves to be at the top.

The ink in the SureColour just doesn't give as good as a result as the Sawgrass printer and ink :( Also you end up with wheel marks.

You can cure the dtf film hack with the htvRont auto press if you turn off the auto part of the press.
You can use a griddle I could spread over you make pancakes and stuff you can use a griddle to cure you're DTF powder to your DTF sheet but then you have to press it with something like some kind of a heat press so if you don't have a big heat press like yours and you only have an easy press and you don't want to have to have it forever you can use a griddle to cure the powder

You can turn your cricut easy press upside down and put the film down on that until it is cooked.

I use toaster oven with a parchment paper lined cookie sheet to cure my film. I don’t use the oven for anything else though.
Rather than a heat gun, I would put the design on the bottom of a cookie sheet, heat tape it down and put it in a regular oven.

I have an Epsom Ecotank i converted to a sublimation printer. I've used both types of dtf paper and have never had a problem with the paper going through without taping it
I heard you will shorten the life of your printer cleaning the print head all the time but is that only on the eccotanks
Yes it's true, to many cleaning destroys the head, talking from experience
