- I rejetted the The BLP Bo Laws #40365AB 1085 CFM Double Pumper Carburetor.
Primary Jets are .096XR
Secondary Jets are .116XR
Primary Power Valve is 2.5.
No Secondary Power Valve its plugged off.
.031 Accelerator Discharge pump Nozzles.
I installed my 50 cc primary accelerator pump with a Green Viton Diaphragm for todays E10 Ethanol gas.
Green color coded Primary accelerator pump cam installed.
The Primary and Secondary Emulsion jets circuits are untouched along with the Idle and High Speed Air Bleeds as BLP Built it back in 2011 for me.
The 1963 Grand Prix picked up more power again.
Accelerates faster than A New Corvette.
Drives like a dream able to cruise 110-120 mph non stop on the highway.
Dead Stop Holeshot Launches its Accelerates like a Dodge Hellcat 707 Hp but Faster !
Responsive!
Nice carburetor. 👍
Sounds good.
Sounds great , does that Flex fan keep it cool driving in hot weather?
ITS Impossible to keep a large Pontiac V8 400-455 cool in 90-100F driving air temps without a Good Mechanical Flex Fan I have found.
They pull up to 5000-7000 cfm Max exceeds any Daul or triple Electric Fans. Only practical I think Electric fans on a C4 Corvette.
Bad is they use some Hp. Good design like Maradyne Texas Twister 18 inch I bought uses 20 Hp peak. Better than overheating and a trade off I make.
@@brracing7861 I agree. What I like about a mechanical fan is the reliability side of it.
@@BigBlock402 There is a front radiator mounted behind the grille Drivers side biased offset 16.0 " diameter single Flex-A-Lite Flexwave Pusher Electric Fan on a fully programmable Davies Craig Digital Fan Controller able to set fan(s) on at 104- 240F, Set to come on at 160F I recall. Helps alot long idle periods hood closed plus + the Nice Texas Twister Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon Fan.
