This is why the Pi Network needs to be validated for Canadians and the US. I have not stated my KYC step yet. I have not received answers to my questions online or within the Pi social messenger? There seems to have a big problem on tranparency here... I noticed bugs in there Pi system?
I am also a simple user. I have done KYC of 4800+ people with 98% accuracy. I have been using this app since last 5 years and now I also get the same issue. I also have not sold or bought any PI. My account is 100% simple. Let's see what happens

Achieving 98% isn't about luck; it's the result of careful, dedicated effort.

If you have a problem with the KYC validator, go to the settings and change the original password to a new one. After this step, KYC will change to verified again.
Its not always going to change to fully KYC approved. Changing your password to get out from tentative will trigger more security checks on your Pi account. Simply do all the liveness video checks that you will receive.

Hello brother, returning to the original is only to transfer your coins and transfer them to your wallet, i.e. this is the second transfer, and it has nothing to do with your coins in your wallet, as they are safe and you can use them when the main network is opened❤❤❤
Faced the same issue. Now resolved. Please select the three horizontal lines and go to the last option " Profile" . Once all details are updated incl the mobile contact (verified), email (verified), profile password etc. Logging in again will change the status to KYC passed. I am validator as well. All my validated KYCs were intact as well after the doing the above.

Mine changed too and guess what, the same happened before my coins migrated into my wallet, I didn’t have to do anything for the tentative to change to successful, it did on its own, just make sure all your steps are completed. I believe they’ll prompt you for another liveliness video before they migrate the remain of your coins, I look at this as a positive sign/step, just be patient pioneers
Yes i have the same problem and in my case i have been given the chance to secure my pi account through the mainnet check list after i wrongly share my passphrase but this time is being very difficult to verify my number which is marked great when i already verified it at the the time i was doing my kyc. Dear Mr. Flo, I am also a validator and done 5451 successful validations; My first migration took place in July 2023 . Now My KYC had turned Orange/ Tentative Approval. I think it's a technical glitch and will turned to KYC after sometime hope so. 🙏

They will notify you ither if you passed or got denied for whatever reason jist wait. It took almost a year for me to KYC, first time i got denied because my i took the pictures from a shitty phone camera, so make sure to use a good qualiry phone camera.

As a validator there were a about 15 accounts that had tried to use ghadi as a photo obviously rejected them. Just frustrating want to help with the process to be honest of validating again
I kyc'd almost a year after application , so wait, you will itjer get approved or denied for whayever reason but they will notify you if you passed or not.

Re-verify your phone number and this problem will be fixed. This is how I solved it.
