ok i know you don’t usually watch dance practice videos but you HAVE TO watch their dance practices for “Thanks” and “Don’t Wanna Cry”. just trust me on this, even though BTS’ dancing is so special to me, Seventeen’s choreography is always my favorite. If you didn’t already know, Seventeen is a self-producing group so the members write/produce/choreograph their stuff. Hoshi is the choreographer and the stuff he comes up with always blows my mind and on top of that, having 13 people in sync is the most captivating thing ever! (edit: also "Crazy in Love" and "Highlight - 13 Member Ver." are 10 outta 10, would recommend)

Small and important info that makes them double appreciated and cool is that they do 99% of the music and ceorpgraphy. produce woozi the tiny man who carries so much weight on his shoulders, and Hoshi the goof who puts so much time into the dances for there songs he makes me emotional just thinking about his hard work. as a whole group there lead by S.Coups a great leader.

I’m 20 years old, and this song made me cry when I first heard it because they appreciate us so much and they show it with everything they do. I'm so glad you're reacting to seventeen, I stumbled across your the8 fashion video a while ago and wanted you to do some more reactions to them! seventeen is actually known for their amazing choreography, if there's any group worth watching the dance practices for, it's seventeen! the thanks choreography is actually really amazing because and in the chorus there's a move which is based on the movement for "thanks" in korean sign language. thanks and don't wanna cry are probably the some of the best choreos i've seen from any group. they pull of really challenging moves and are the most in sync group i've come across. I can't tell you what to react to, but i think those two dance practices are worth checking out at the very least. (lilili yabbay by the performance unit is also amazing, and you can see the full choreo in the music video, there isn't a separate dance practice) also, someone else may have said this, or you may already know, but seventeen are labelled a self-producing group because they write all their music and choreograph their songs themselves. woozi primarily writes and composes their songs, although all the other members have input and write lyrics as well, and hoshi primarily does the choreography, though again, the other members also have input.
my favorite mv from seventeen is 100% "lilili yabbay". its only 4 of the members (the performance unit) but its one of my favorite songs and the choreo is beautiful.

Their choreography dance videos are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 , defiantly recommend, keep in mind not only are there 13 members but the high difference is huge, Woozi is 5,5 and Mingyu is 6,2 So to be in sync one has to spend up while other has to slow down to get the timing correct, plus still match with all other members. You should watch the unit videos first, trauma, un Haeng il chi lyric video, just do it, anything from the performance team really, and watch the dance practices for group videos before the mv's, or lyric videos for their b-sides. Because so many people think they're too poppy they usually don't dig deeper than their singles and there is a lot of amazing stuff out there that everyone is sleeping on

You should watch the unit videos first, trauma, un Haeng il chi lyric video, just do it, anything from the performance team really, and watch the dance practices for group videos before the mv's, or lyric videos for their b-sides. Because so many people think they're too poppy they usually don't dig deeper than their singles and there is a lot of amazing stuff out there that everyone is sleeping on
