Well yes its still TB. I got my CBNAAT reports yesterday and it was negative too this means that TB is not active in chest area and it is not spreadable to other person bt the TB patient should be cautious while going to Hospital or any other area where there can be any infection because the immunity is weak of the patient. And my CBNAAT sample was taken from lymph nodes i.e. around my neck area. Both left n right side. And all the above detail are given by my dr.

Sir I have lymp node tb and after starting treatment I took medicine for 10 days during that ten days I had fever and continuous fever my liver got increased so doctor stopped the ATT and slowly given all the medicine one by one after 3 days of lft test so at last when I received rifampicin my eyes became red and little swelling was there in lip with fever so doctor stopped rifampicin and started (levofloxcin with isoniazid,ethambutol, pyrazinamide) Now my question is , is this treatment a correct one ,can I cure tb without rifampicin? Aur bich me liver problem ki wajeh se Jo doses miss hue uske wajeh se kahi drug resistance hone ka to darrr nhi hai n? Please answer?
Sme thing happened with me lst year..my liver function also increased becoz of rifampicin then they also gave medicine slowly..even for 1.5 month I was also injected daily with streptomycin plus medicine..even I was worried about drug resistance n my course was for 1 yr...it ended lst month..plz trust the process.. positivity can kill any disease..right set of mind is very important in this..I can understand ur problem but u can do this😊

Sir! I had a lump on my neck in 2015 which I tested from a doctor..they did an injection biopsy from the lump and found out that it was TB of the lymphnodes.. They suggested me to take free medication from a government TB hospital nearby.. the medicine consists of 6 to 7 tablets which I was prescribed to take 3 times a week. I had some crazy side effects like stomach pain.. But I think the medicine was still working because the lump got very smaller in size after one month of medication so I quit medication.. I thought I’ll be alright! Then after 1 year I got fever and I had multiple very tiny lymph nodes on my neck which was painful and irritating. I don’t know but I’ve ignored it but years later I still have the pain.. I’m very concerned now. Please help!

Multiple subCentimetres lymph nodes are seen in pata and Paratracheal and ap window region
Few linear area of atelectasis ate seen in medial segment of right middle love and lingular segment of left upper lobe.
Pleural thickening is seen with underlying linear of atelectasis.
And sputam, esr, erp, montox test are negative.
But having weight loss
Chest pain
Fatigue

Sir! I had a lump on my neck in 2015 which I tested from a doctor..they did an injection biopsy from the lump and found out that it was TB of the lymphnodes.. They suggested me to take free medication from a government TB hospital nearby.. the medicine consists of 6 to 7 tablets which I was prescribed to take 3 times a week. I had some crazy side effects like stomach pain.. But I think the medicine was still working because the lump got very smaller in size after one month of medication so I quit medication.. I thought I’ll be alright! Then after 1 year I got fever and I had multiple very tiny lymph nodes on my neck which was painful and irritating. I don’t know but I’ve ignored it but years later I still have the pain.. I’m very concerned now. Please help!

Go for a surgical biopsy. I had a lump in my neck, so I got it removed through a surgical biopsy.
