    How can you have an uncommitted transaction be written to a data file? I thought only committed transactions were flushed to datafiles.

      In ORALCE dba we used a sec right after 900 or 700 seconds it automatically committed and wrote to the datafile.

      I was wondering too. Uncommitted transactions should not have been written to datafiles at all

      i want choosing international payment since i am in usa but it did not allow me to pay neither by my debit card or credit card .everytime i put diefferent 16 number of my card it said try another one .can i do that by phone

      thank you i will do it for trying with rac first and after that i will go with the another classes .
