I hope this Taiwanese Boys Love Series version of the American Film "Begin Again" with 12 Episodes of 25 minutes screening time is really able to recreate and deepen the psychological inner conflict of both characters... with NEIL wanting to be a musician but having a troublesome stage fight; and XIAO HAI as a university student suffering from being extremely shy and with a strong inferiority complex. As NEIL starts trying to overcome his fear by singling on the streets XIAO HAI will become one of his few eager listeners. Their accidental first face to face encounter on a bus ride will be the beginning of the easing development process they both undergo while becoming closer and inseparable.
I have been keeping an eye on this upcoming Taiwanese Boys Love Series production since the opening auditions in March 2023, and is good to see that they are finally moving into the post-production state. Good luck to all the creative team and the actors completing the Series...!!
