They did not want to be a record company and produce but they knew they wanted to sell her they should have upped the stake and say 10k. They are writers with studios, They wrote the song, they basically sold the song but i see your point.

That last no1 album also made her the only female artist to have a number one album in each of the last 5 decades (80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, & 20s).

And, just so you know, Kylie is one of the few artists to have a number one album in every decade since she became known (Number one album in the 80's, 90's, 00's, 2010, and 2020. .. Five decades!) She has one of the most successful careers in the pop industry...
