My parents just had my aunt pick me up at the airport and I stayed at my friend's house for two weeks and at aunts/uncles' house for two weeks. I quickly learned independence and it got me into a lifetime of traveling. I took trips to France and England in college, and Korea after college. I moved to Korea for 2 years and have been living in Japan for 8yrs now. In between I've been to over 17 countries. Flying from a young age makes you eager to travel more and you get used to the hassle of long flights and airports.
I’m so glad to see you in your happy place. One advice for you, you need to read about how child birth affects new moms. It’s a lot on the body, stress, lack of sleep and at times depression. Please please read so you can understand what she’s going through as this has huge impact on your relationship. You both are perfect match and I see the love and respect in these small vlogs. Some tips on getting your baby to get full sleeps...1st newborn babies wake up every 2-3 hours, so make sure when you are not on baby duty, you get your full rest without any disturbance. You can start training your baby around 3 months for full rest, swaddle your baby, putting a little bit of cereal/porridge in their milk, letting them listen to calming sound like your heartbeat or even singing to them, rocking, pushing them around in a stroller, giving them soursop bush tea, some baby even like the sea breeze and just the sound of the waves, every baby is different so you will need to try several things and see what works for your baby...but try to stay on schedule if you put your baby to sleep about 7pm each night...continue to do that every night, they will get use to that routine.

Im sure you and your girls have deep discussions about it and im not sure when its going to start. I remember you planned a business in Kenya, knowing how you love your girls, im sure you will plan accordingly. Your lady seems to be in the conversation already and it feels mutual! You both will be amazing parents! I can't believe its already near for your budding family!❤

Now from a healthcare professional get the book called "What to expect when your expecting" and the follow-up book called "What to Expect the First Year" both by Heidi Murkoff. Those two books is what she really needs and what we recommend to new mom's in healthcare. All these other books are mostly not written following evidence-based practices from systematic studies and are just bombastic opinions. Karibu nyumbani boss. But what you gonna do with your girls? You can't leave them with cheese boy! They're definitely not safe around him given his past per his former wives.
