Instead of going via sarjapura road, You can take the highway from Attibele. But even in NH there are couple of junctions (Guestline and Jain Temple) which are grossly under managed.

I've had many worst experiences in Bangalore with TN board vehicle. Petrol bunk person treating me wrong, police stopping me for no reason other than TN board, bike got booted for parking by illegal people, bad roads and bad driving everywhere.
