Honestly, I have to admit that this couple has always made me crying for many years. I cried a lot 15 years ago when I first heard the story. Now, i'm still crying over them, they're so beautiful in many ways. :( Hoping that they would have an happy ending as they have always deserved.

2. Your direct translation doesn't really mean anything considering we have Aerith who LITERALLY said she loves him and Marlene saying she has feelings for Cloud. Please note that this is not optional.
3. Obviously it's not a recreation of their date, she wants to spend more time with Cloud. Honestly, I have no idea how could you bring this up, knowing she just confessed her feelings during that date.
It's so funny how you clotis want to know what and where has something happened but actually you don't even try to figure it out by yourself because it would result in taking Aerith's route and you don't want to do that.
