i did listen... and i think is consistent with his brader view about world and economics, and of course agree....i read his biography and bob rubin´´s one....both of them have very much similiar thinkin.... on the other side you could find larry summers i.e.....
Compare what Alan Greenspan is saying to Ben Bernanke. Alan Greenspan is so much smarter. If you are going to have a central bank, and somebody to decide the interest rate, I guess it's hard to find someone better than him. The only one that would maybe do better than him is a empty stool. But that is not going to happen, so as long as somebody has to sit there, Greenspan is the man.

I do not understand how he can dissect the problems apparently well, while following the policies he did during his years at the Fed.
