Wishing u all A very Happy New Year 2022!!!
Today I'm sharing how to make Ari Payasam .This is made with unakalari & tastes really yummy
Do try this out
Ingredients
Payasam rice/ Unakalari 1 cup
Frist milk 1.5 cup
Second milk 2 cup
Third Milk 3 cup
Jaggery 400 gms
Cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Coconut bits
Raisins
Cashews
Salt 1 pinch
Melt jaggery using 1 cup water
Cook washed rice with third Milk untill it is well cooked
To this add melted jaggery & boil for 10 minutes
Add 2nd milk & boil for 5 to 6 minutes.Also add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Fry coconut pieces,cashews & raisins in ghee & keep aside.
Keep flame low & add first milk
Add a pinch of salt & Cardamom powdee
Switch off flame & add fried Coconut pieces,raisins & cashews
Yummy payasam is ready to serve..

ഓണത്തിന് റേഷൻ കിറ്റിൽ കിട്ടിയ ഉണക്കലരി കുറച്ചു ബാക്കി ഉണ്ടാരുന്നു. അച്ഛന്റെ പിറന്നാളിന് അത് വെച്ച് പായസം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വന്നതാണ്. 😌
ഏതായാലും പായസം പൊളിച്ചു. Simple, ഒരുപാടു സമയവും പോയില്ല, നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റഉം. ഓണത്തിന് പാലൊഴിച്ചു വെച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ അടിപൊളി ആയെന്നു എല്ലാരും....😌 thankyou ചേച്ചീ... ❤
