For someone who hates being famous like she says and is crippled by anxiety, the fact that she remained so strong is admirable. Watching this interview in hindsight in terms of Kristen Stewart's career...she is mesmerising. The camera loves her and she is such an amazing actress. I admire her choice of roles. Anything she does is brilliant.

Yeah, this story was amazing. I would love to see On the Road and Into the Wild played back-to-back, compared, and contrasted. It's nice to hear what actually happened on the set and what actually ends up in the movie. Also, it's kind of cool how she understood at such a young age what was "for the movie" and what wasn't. I hope to see her as a director/writer/producer one day. She's been around this business her whole life and acting since she was 8 or 9. She's a very talented young lady.

Lenard Knight wasn’t acting . I rode into Salvation Mountain in 2007 at 6 AM to see Salvation Mountain. Lenard walked up dressed in a wrinkled suit , introduced his self and said would you like to take a tour ?! I said yes - He presented his self to me about the same as he acted in Into The Wild.
People, I know some say Kristen is a natural blond -- she isn't. Her hair color is much darker - actually a brunette - and the picture that is always. ALWAYS. used for "Celebs True Hair Color!" showing blond hair ... it's obviously dyed, probably from a past movie she did, I think Land of Women or something like that, and her dark roots show very clearly. No ifs no buts. She might've been blond when she was a little one, but her hair is a brunette w/o any dyes. Her mom has black hair and I think all her brothers have dark hair as well. I also think her dad has white hair but that's mainly due to aging. I don't believe he had blond hair.
I couldn't stand her in the Twilight movies because of all the hype. But she is actually a very likable person (from what I can tell in interviews etc.) and I think her acting skills are underrated. She looks gorgeous in this video as well, her hair is beautiful :)

its amazing after all these years, i think that there is still so much more to Chris Super Tramp’s story. Huge gaps in time and things he did not document. perhaps things his mom still has in the journal and other items. the more i think about it, he was scared at times. and even regretted things. he did not document or record all of those fears and moments. i think McCandless wrote about things that he feared after he conquered the fear. i think at the end, he was ready to document the entire journey in retrospect and we never got to read about or see it in any way. he was coming back. and then realized he could not, but was too scared and too weak to truly write or document that last bit of overcoming. RIP Chris.
