Love the idea and offers affordable housing. Some apartments in Manhattan are far smaller and cost much more. That's thinking "outside the box!" Thanx!
Thanks for sharing a beautiful tiny home village! I loved every thing in it , the bed the closet ( storage). In this tiny house the kitchen and bath are in a perfect place and the living room is so specious.
Great start for 2021 buddy! I love the bed in this Airbnb and again, the beautifully colored cliff with that romantic sunset :) Thanks for sharing Mike! -Dandee
@@MikeWillTravel You can build a few of those trailers for us while you are here. The weather feels like Arizona at the moment. You are most welcome. 🌹
This looks amazing! I'm always in the lookout for these sort of properties for inspiration. One day I might have enough resources to put up my own tiny house community/village/town.😁 Also subbed bro! #supportsmallyoutubers *although you're not.😉
Please have your tiny house village in Sacramento California. There is so much need of small tiny homes. These people who are starting tiny homes in old parks where mobile homes already are, they are taking $950 for the space rent and then they are the lenders also so they are giving the mortgages in 6% interest rates and that comes to $850 a month, because the house is around $100,000 and we will put down $10, 000 to $20,000 and we will pay a total of $1800 a month, Which is the same as if you buy a 3 bedroom house on 2.5% to 3% of interest rate for a $380,000 house, and put down 20%. Isn't it rediculous? I was so surprised when they told the interest rate. I saw another old mobile home which was $70,000 that was on an interest rate of 3% and after putting 20% down, the monthly payments were $300 only and their space rent was $850. So I was going to pay only $1150 a month all together. WOW, what a difference? It's crazy here! people are taking advantage of other poor people.
@@anjumsiddiqi3033 wow..i guess it depends on a number of factors. Materials used, land value (perceived and actual), taxes, and how much people are willing to pay (majority average). Although some builders do charge ridiculously high prices. Perhaps it's a matter of finding the right balance and a sensible landlord. I guess..🤷♂️
Nice and Creative Videos, This is really my favorite channle.:). I really glad to see your post and your world was so brilliant. 🌴🌴🌴 excellent and Much appreciated!!🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 🌴🌴🌴 from: House Village Quay
You know why it's so perfect that's because they did the kitchen correctly they did it along the with rather than the belly of the entire fucking place is it like the first time I've seen 240 square feet actually being able to work mean I could see this working not bad at all I think it looks really good they did a good job
You can tell a guy thought this up. The goofy tiny kitchen so no one can actually cook a meal. And the massive amount of windows is simply pointless. Those up on top that don't have shades on them to keep out some of the light if you want to sleep in. This has more negatives than positives. All manic industrial is such a MANS THING!!
Hi Mike, do you know the cost per tiny home to build, we are looking to build up a village like this, and would like to learn more, do you consult? Please message me if you are interested in speaking for 30 min, Thank you so very much 🙂 currently looking for Land :)

Id put a fan in the bedroom to circulate the air.
Mike you aught to check out the tiny home bnbs near ashville birth carolina
what is the intro music? i really like it
The whole layout and design. Will you go over the business side? Occupancy rates or do you mainly showcase these great looking homes and hotels
I mainly just do tours but I've been getting a lot of feedback like this so I'm planning on involving owners more in the future!
@@MikeWillTravel thanks. Great content
Thanks so much! 🙏🏼
This may sound odd, but I don’t like beds connected to the wall like that due to bugs and spiders. Your guaranteed to have one in your bed!
Wow
Thanks!
I'm planning on buying some property near a college and putting 3 tiny homes on it and rent them out
Hell yeah! Smart :)
How much does it cost to live there? The prize. I would like to know?

Hi, I really appreciate your videos ... These containers are really 20? They are very identical to the 40 ones
Hi! Yep, definitely 20'. I've stayed in both types of containers and they're definitely 20 footers.
@@MikeWillTravel in my opinion there is a big difference between the two types of containers from Airbnb and that's why we were curious. thanks
Were those ac vents under the bed mattress?
Good catch! Yes, I believe so
Are there any of these communities in Southern California?
I'm not too sure. To be honest they're sprouting up everywhere so I wouldn't be too surprised
@@MikeWillTravel Please find out if they are going to have them in Sacramento California. We really need them here.
Great video, who are the container homes from?
I'm not too sure! You could try contacting the owners!
Hello, I will like to get more information about the village, I am looking to start a project in US.

I've seen a lot of tiny homes. The container homes were a lot more roomie to me.
Yep more space than you might think!
@@MikeWillTravel and probably they are cheaper too.
How much does it cost to make one. I would like to see them made for the homeless
Where can I buy homes

Is this 40ft container? Or 20ft?
20ft!!
@@MikeWillTravel but it's look like 40ft, or it was 20ft container + another 20ft?

What makes you think you couldn't cook in the kitchen?? And all of the windows is the best part in my opinion. It's owned by a husband and wife team
So it's a trailer park?
Rates?

NO STORAGE
*40'
The containers are 20ft
Homes like this should be set up for homeless people who are living on the street.
Why not make this tiny village would you call it for the poor people instead of for the rich that can travel around the countryside
I hear you! It's a great idea
