- The history of Bhaisrorgarh ( A village in Rajasthan) is the history of valour and bravery of Rajput clans of Chundawats. Throughout the history they were ready to kill or die in the name of honor of their clan and motherland. They lived a very passionate life which was always unapologetically honest and fearless. The present prince Kunwar Hemendrasingh is no different but his passion is very unique to what previous Maharajas and princes must have seen. He is passionate about cooking. He brings all his life experiences into his unique dishes. By using just basic ingredients and subtle innovation he can create magically delicious dishes. His dishes are not only limited to Marwar cuisine but from various states of India.

What a music beside scene
Epic channel has remained my favourite since it started.
Though I personally hate cooking but since the time I started living in London it became mandatory to learn cooking. I consider myself a very basic cook. But when I see these cuisines it's so therapeutic. Makes me feel I should also play with spices and invent some dish of mine 😀
Another benefit is whenever I m depressed or miss my home I just see these episodes back to back and fell asleep 😴

He doesn’t belong to a Royal lineage or heritage. He is a cook that worked for my ancestors most of the names are local Jamanwar Stand. Recipe making. As my own Great Grandfather was there MahaRajah. ⚡️🤴🏽🕉🔺➕
