I'd forgotten this one had GAL... A couple of interesting things... Otis using GAL as late as 1992 and no brailles on an elevator that entered service in 1992 (the year that ADA Title III became law).
Wanted to mention using the emergency bell for the door close seems like a bad idea, like reserve emergencies/emergency sounds for people who actually need assistance, don’t ever play around with emergencies
