As a US citizen currently living outside of America, I've been having thoughts of joining the Air Force, this video motivates me a lot, and knowing my girlfriend is joining the ARMY, it motivates me even more to join the Air Force.
If you join, good luck! I'm hoping to enlist this year, and it's great to see others on the same page as me! Good luck to your girlfriend in the Army, and good luck to you if you do enlist
I am not US citizen yet, but I am about to be, and I feel proud as well, I am joining bro, go for it, I am not sure yet if the Army or Airforce, but that's a fact that I am joining, I always wanted to be in, and now is my time.
I’m in my sophomore year of high school and it’s been my dream to join the Air Force since I was 3. My hope is that I can become a CCT and serve my country
Hey bro. Does your HS offer AF JROTC? If it does bro take it, I did all 4 years and I’m going in as an E3 (Senior Airman) I highly recommend taking it bro
Bro, it's a very selective and intense process, more than likely during the indoc phase, you won't make it. You will either be placed into an open general category (More than likely Security Forces) and watch as you slowly lose what you were before and become a disgruntled individual, hating life and hating everyone. Don't join, find a trade school and be more successful there. All you'll get out of the Air Force is a broken body and a messed up head. I'm currently dealing with it right now.
Hi Air Force, I'm interested in either the Air Force, Army or Coast Guard. I have college credits so when I enlist, do I need my offical college transcripts or will unofficial transcripts be just fine. I have 89 credits and my CompTIA Security+ certification if that matters. I'm based in Houston, Texas at the moment. I just need to springboard my life before I fall into a cycle of poverty so I'm set on the military now.

We have all been nervous, so he is feeling all the same things that the rest of us have felt and the same as those he will be going through basic training with. Tell him to hang in there and know the time will go by faster than he thinks, and believe it or not, he will look back on the experience with a great perspective after he has completed it. @mungas9574 Congratulations and welcome to the team! Everything else will come with time. If you do not know any of the above please contact your recruiter for this information. Good luck future Airman! Ray U.S. Air Force and Space Force Recruiting
To the many of you that joined, enjoy being burned out and dealing with the toxic leadership and long hours that will have you counting down the days till you separate, and when you leave enjoy the long process to have your broken bodies and mental health that is in complete shambles be rejected by the VA. To those that are thinking of joining, heres an advice from a prior Air Force airmen. DONT DO IT. Find a trade school, a school that teaches you a skill and go for it. The military has made their bed with their atrocious policies and political bs and now they must lie in it. The military isnt what it was anymore. It is a corporation, not an organization. Spare yourselves the mental and physical degradation. Its not worth it.
@roadtoST Suggest you speak with a recruiter about qualifying and options. What is your citizenship status and zip code? Ray U.S. Air Force and Space Force Recruiting
To join the Air Force, you must live in the United States or an area that has an AF recruiter. You must also possess a 2-year or 10-year INS Form I-551 (green card) and have at least 6 months or more remaining before the expiration date to join if you are not a US citizen. For Space Force, members must be a US Citizen to be eligible to join. Applicants must be between 17 and 42; meet the mental, moral, and physical standards for enlistment; and must speak, read, and write English fluently. The Air Force and Space Force does not bring applicants to the US to join unless there is an AF/USSF recruiting office or Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) to process through. You must complete all immigration processing and get to the United States legally on your own. You may follow the below link for information on the process to obtain a green card.
