That’s really inspiring man, that required a lot of dedication and will power on your part. Great job!
@@SimpleManChannel I learned to have mad discipline. I do 100+ push ups a day along with 2 + miles walks on my treadmill a day. I've been wanting to have a ripped body my entire life. Now I'm finally pursuing just that !
That’s great man! I wish you the best in reaching your goal. Sounds like you will!

30 Push-Ups. Need to up my reps.
Still a respectable number!
@@SimpleManChannel Yeah, but I feel I should be able to do a lot more.
You’ll be able to increase them faster than you think if you keep at it
@@SimpleManChannel Yeah I’ll keep going at them. As similar to the Mike Tyson Push-ups as well
What would you say would be the most consistent daily routine to stay healthy and lose some extra weight/fat? You’ve tried a bunch of different individual exercises, are there any you would recommend for the average person looking to get healthier?
Diet is the main thing, exercise wise, squats, then dips
Get off the wheat. If you can be disciplined, read "The plan," which is poorly written. Essentially, you try to find out which foods you "react" to and eliminate them.
Most common reactive foods that cause weight and arthritis, etc., Include
Wheat
Gluten
Nightshade vegetables, especially tomatoes.
Salmon.
Sugar, both processed and in most carbs
Try increasing protein and fats. Drink milk, don't use "low fat" foods. They replace fat with sugars. Sugars are deadly to the body.
If you get heartburn, you are reacting to something. Ditto arthritis and so on. Minimize acidic foods, like orange juice, if you react.
One theory is weigh daily on a scale with 1/4-lb increments. If you increased, you ate something yesterday you react to. Turkey reacts with more people than chicken.
Switch to corn or rice based pasta, oats, other non-wheat gluten-free grains.
Eliminate the booze. Eliminate sodas if you can, go diet or caffeine free diet if you got to have them. Ditto tea.
Do intermittent fasting, like 16 hours, two times a week or more.(I usually eat 6-oz Activia yogurt and drink milk in the morning. About 4x a week I don't eat during the day, drink diet soft drinks or tea, water would be better but I need a little taste. Then dinner about 6:30. Maybe a small snack later, like an ice cream sandwich.)
Do ANY kind of exercise. If you lift, light to moderate weights. Most people don't know shut about lifting. If you want advice, I'll tell you what I can. I tore both subscapular muscles and both rotator cuff a lifting heavy.
Mainly, make changes and don't let people you live with sabotage you. If a wife won't cooperate, she often will try to sabotage you by bringing in all sorts of desserts and pastas and bread. Women have fucked up psychology and, after getting in their 20's, 90% hate to exercise. They resent and fear you being in shape a lot of the time.
ASK for help from people who have a clue. Most people don't know enough to help, but those who do usually are happy to share their experience.
Good luck!
When diet and exercising a lot of people forget the diet part comes 1st. I would say that's very important.
Mens Health isn't worth quoting. I'm 51, 300-400 push-ups a week. 35-50 a min. Depending on technique.
Great consistency!
57 push ups age 43
Real nice!
35 pushups, 16 yo
Good job man!
63 yo. Two torn rotator cuffs that never fully healed. 48 push-ups. Wife says I'm a pussy and they don't count.
Lol she’s a ball buster it sounds like
@@SimpleManChannel Yeah, but I like beautiful women who know where it's at and what it is. If you really were a wuss, you'd have no chance.
40 at 14 xd
94 push-ups. I’m 55.
That’s dang impressive!
@@SimpleManChannel Thanks! I’ve been lifting on and off since I was 13. I started working out again 3 years ago after about a decade off. Started with body weight/dumbbell exercises and cardio. Now I’m back to lifting 4x/week and doing my cardio the other 3 days for about a year and a half now. When I switched I was doing sets of 130 or so push-ups. It got a little monotonous.
I'm 34 and I got 76.
Dang best I’ve seen yet!
Pull ups for a minute next bro...
I’ll have to find my pull-up bar haha it’s been a while since I’ve done them
29 push-ups, 26 yo
