That’s how I plan, too! In the video I’m basically talking about planning a starting adventure and making up the rest as you plan session-to-session! Most experienced DMs probably already do this, but I find that many new DMs coming in from stuff like CR and TAZ (myself included!) feel that they need to have the whole epic saga ready from session zero, and that can be really intimidating.
