Awesome video! Thanks for posting. I'm really looking forward to 2024 and was curious to know what I might see at my first show. Also... Such a long drive! You're a trooper.
"I don't know where I'd get games for this [3DO]" There were a lot of 3DO games there. In fact, there were games for just about every system. In addition to every Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega, Atari, and Playstation consoles, off the top of my head I saw games for Microvision, Odyssey2, CD-i, 3DO, Neo Geo, Neo Geo CD, Neo Geo Pocket, Arcadia, TurboGrafx, TurboCD, Neo Geo Pocket. And a LOT more ColecoVision and Vectrex games than I've seen in one place. (Picked up a light pen for the Vectrx at the show.)
That’s awesome. I didn’t see any 3DO games while at the show but there’s a good chance I might of missed ver looked them as I was rushing. We got there late because of weather and traffic. Glad you found what you were looking for.
Loved the video! This was a nice long video. So many memories just like you said. And tons of stuff to look at. You have me talking to my screen. It drives me nuts when you find something rare and don't buy it then regret not buying it. 😂 😂 😂 I am like he's not going to buy it then go back and it won't be there. Lol. You could always resell it. And man the cost of the food is insane. Good to see you had a great time. I am actually shocked you didn't buy the Coca-Cola system. Love ya brother and tell the family we said hello 👋
I think it was complete. Not just the box. But that vendor was very over priced. Not sure of the price on that item unless I mentioned it in the video.
I'm sure you have, but I never saw so many games in my life. There were many games that brought back old memories from when my son would play when he was young. I can't remember all the gaming systems he had, but there were a lot. I remember him playing Wave Runner a lot. Those handheld sports games, too. He had so many of them. Sorry it was a mess getting there, but at least you made it.
There were still people wearing masks according to their comfort. Hey, whatever it takes to work within one's anxiety levels. Also, some of them may have been simply being courteous if they felt that they might be coming down with something.
@@pigs18 Well seeing how people prior to March 2020 never wore masks except for very extreme cases where peoples immune system is weakened, I think it's still a bit odd to continue the 2020 trend. But that's just me.
@@MrLyosea It will never be February 2020 again and now that some people have gotten used to wearing them they may continue to do so in crowded spaces (as was the norm in Eastern Asia in the "before times.") All I'm asking is that while you and I might not chose to wear them any longer that you refrain from making derogatory remarks about those that do.
@@pigs18 "All I'm asking is that while you and I might not chose to wear them any longer that you refrain from making derogatory remarks about those that do." Who do you think you are? lol. You're talking to me like you're my supervisor at a job.

Alien syndrome was super creepy imho. I could only ever get to the third ship.
Will you be back in town for retrocon In September?
Not sure if I ever went to that show. Is there t video games or toys? I’m going to have to look into it.
@@thegerm574 it’s both!
That was a great show Thanks for sharing wish we could have made it Friday or Saturday.. Subbed
I paid 20$ as well for a brand new Jag, from kb toys back in 1999, it’s long gone now tho 😢
Wow you can tell there is alot less people there than years prior when i went. They charged too much admission and it really hurt the show.
Yeah it's too expensive nowadays dude..
Yeah I agree although it was Friday. The admission is a little out of hand at $65. I think $40-$50 should be the max.
@@thegerm574
Yeah it should be more like 35-40 bucks..
@@therealavolpe I was a vendor back in the day our stand was Plug N Play but we stopped going due to the price for vendors now
@@scarfacepsx
Yeah that makes sense - how much does a vendor's booth run nowadays..??
woww amazing inventory

@@Siamecat I hope I was able to give you some puzzle pieces you needed!
Just got back from there today. Picked up megaman x2 and sunset riders for snes
Nice finds. How’s Sunset Riders compare to the arcade version?
I'm glad no ones wearing a face diaper like the last 2 times. I'm going to go there in an hour.
Have a good time. Buy me something nice
