In this video dont run with stage1 because i discovered an error from injector 1,but i changed it,and now runs more faster ,after 80kmh its faster now,and i will upload a video as soon as possible with changes, normally do 7sec/0-100 ,in this video is slow,around 8.5sec.
Salut! Masina are undeva la 260/270 cai, stage1+ catalizatr scos,egr off,dpf off, in videoul asta nu trage cum trebuie,a avut un injector defect,o sa incerc sa fac un video,masina trage mult mai bine acum.
Om648 a venit doar cu 5 trepte automata (722.6) rezista la peste 1000nm, mi se pare ca e destul de bine etajata, 7g tronic ul s a pus pe motorul mai nou v6 om642,este ceva mai rapida ,ca are mai multe trepte si sunt mai scurte
Am eu un E320cdi 7g Tronic cu 164000km si nu consuma atat 😂😂😂😂. Ia cam 13-15% oras si pe autostrada 8,5-9,7%. Nu exista motoare vechi sa consume atat de putin. Daca chiar vrei sa vezi cat consuma, fa-ti un plin si mergi 100km si dupa baga iar plinul. O sa te cam sperii 😂😂😂😂. Am masina de 14 ani si stiu ce spun.
Faulty injectors+high pressure pump,i solved the problem,in the video the ecu tune wasn't working because of those faults and is a S211(wagon) who has 1.9 tons,is not the sedan with 1.66 tons
In this video was a problem from an injector, the remap wasn't working properly because of that, problem was solved, injector 1 was changed, and sensors from rail.
@@AutoNshqipi didn't measured the car anymore, i fixed the injecors problem, and high pressure pump fault the car is working, i can't upload a video yet,im moved to US, i'll do it when I'm going back in vacation. After i fixed it, the car was way faster, and i have tcu mode, agility + manual, i have link in the comments/my page.
@@MischaRussian if you read the comments, i said what was the problem, and was solved, and now it has tcu tune too, for a car with almost 2 tons, and yes,642 is newer and is doing better hp on tune than 648 ,mine is like 260hp, OM642 can go 285-300hp-315hp easy, i know a lot of friends with tuned 642s

@@emilandrei9328 it's too much computer 💻 shit on it there is no possible way to remove things gently , if you are aducated as a mechanical engineer or having fun to screw 🪛 , there is no Problem but when you do it for the first time it will kill your mind iam like you how was it when you chipped I guess the turbine is water cooled too there are plenty ways to get more power I guess mine isn't on the max you don't need to change fresh air intake the newer om 642 got bearings in the turbine so you can get it to get higher rpm on turbine to get it faster that's the way Daimler says the normal om642 got 265 HP but I believe it got around 300 plus ???? What do you believe mine is from 0-100 in 5.5 Seconds
@@MischaRussian OM648 dont have water cooled turbo, but yours 642 yes, so you can go a little bit over 300hp with software and egr off+ downpipe, and no,is not first time im working on them, but mine is doing 8sec stock,when my software tune was working, i was pushing around 6.5-7.0, better than what is in this video, for almost 2000kg,now with tuned ecu and tuned tcu(agility + manual)

am I wrong or can you hear something faulty at low rpms, injectors maybe? engine shouldnt be knocking like this.
Yes,2 bad injectors(1&5) ,thats why the car have check engine light on and the ecu remap was not working,here run stock software.

Salut! Mie imi consuma la 8/8.5 pe oras, mai sportiv asa 9.5/10, extern am scos 5.5/6%, 7.5 alergata.
Poti gasii mai multe video si acceleratii la mine pe canal,plus moduri condus pe cutia 5g tronic

Maybe yours is sedan,this is wagon (1900kg) and in this video one injector was bad,thats the reason the software wasn't working properly.
