Finnick and Katniss has so much in common 1) they both love someone dearly 2) the capitol is using the people they love to torture them. 3) they stop and think about people feelings 4) they are willing to sacrifice themselves for people

Same. I have been battling depression since I was maybe 12yo, and have put myself together and fallen apart again more times than I care to count. Right now I am trying so hard not to stare into the abyss because if I do I will fall again

I think his token was the picture at First, and he traded with haymitch. haymitch would have then held onto it for him until they met after the Arena. thats my guess

And when I went to see Mockingjay part one and I saw Finnick I yelled "DAMN". And when I went to mjp2. I yelled "NOOO FINNICK". That one would haven't been so bad but it was cause I yelled it at the beginning of the movie. Yeah I have a terrible movie experiences.

No. Its necessary. If you're going to write a book about war, people got to die. Important people. Its really one of the only drawbacks I have with Tolkien's universe in LOTR. Theres sadness in that story, but for 8 of the 9 members of the fellowship of the ring to make it through the whole war is ridiculous. And the only member to die and stay dead was the least liked member of the group... Finnick, as well as other characters, needed to die to make this story real.
I don't know when this ship sailed for me, but I always thought these two would make a wonderful couple. They seem to understand each other more than either Peeta or Gale. But perhaps that was why they were such good friends despite everything else. Nevertheless, I think it would have been interesting to explore a romance between them. And Katniss Odair has a nice ring to it :)
I always saw them as friends, best friends that they could tell anything to. We all have one. I think Finnick was more bestfriend for her then Gale ever was. He saw her for who she was and he supported her and the guy that she loved where as Gale only saw what he wanted.
This is really beautiful… Finnick’s anxious intake of breath, soft comfort of Katniss, his tenderness in spite of all he’s been through. This scene was well-done.
To be honest, I cried a lot with my friends at the cinema. But A LOT. And when I read the book a few years ago, I didn't cry because I was socked. It is worst to see on a screen that read it, because you see it and you don't imagine it.

But you can’t afford to do that, you can’t buy a new one, so you have no choice but to put it back together. Which takes time and effort whereas dropping a cup is effortless.
One recommendation I would make is if you love the hunger games trilogy then you should read the red queen series. They’re great books and is like the hunger games but at the same time really different. You’ll understand when you read it.🥰😍🤣
