Very well layed out. I hear you on the moving expenses when changing condos. just changed condos this month as well. Need my swimming pools so moved into the Riviera Jomtien. I average around 80,000 a month, but I have an 18yr old son in University up in Chaing mai that I pay for his school rent, foods.
Thanks for the video and detailed expenses and advice, last year, I lived in the Jomtien area for 6 months and my monthly budget was $3K and that's with companionship with a regular Thai lady for 3x a week and not buying any LDs and barfines. In my early 50's now and back to work in CA. Will do this again, next year.
Hey Rob, very detailed info on living expenses. Very affordable and you live near beaches in a peaceful country. I'll be back for sure, but first I'm going to start my retirement in Medellin Colombia. If you guys want a vacation you are welcome to visit.
Great break down man, i didnt spend a crazy amount in the 2.5 weeks i was there hanging with you myself, once i move there be just rent food water gym for me and bills and a weekend night out, if your strict you can live easily there on $2000 a month. Once i land a remote job ill be booking flights out there permanently
I’ll be honest I have no clue what the name of our internet is… Daaw said 3DD. I didn’t sign up for cable, and my phone is dtac. I glad you enjoyed the video!!! Thank you for watching!!
Extremely easy… there are countless agencies all over… I have a friend who has a business that handles anything you need from opening a bank, driver’s license, and any visa you need. Let me know if you want her information. Thanks for watching!
I did leave for a day to Cambodia, but only because I switched visa agents… I honestly don’t know for sure but I’m 46 so I still have 4 years before I can get a retirement visa, but not really worried about the Visas, money talks, Plus I figure if I have to leave I can check out some surrounding countries and then come back. Maybe I will do a longer video with my visa agent. Thanks for watching!
Wikipedia - Japan has more 7-Eleven locations than anywhere else in the world. Of the 71,000 stores around the globe, 21,215 stores (nearly 30% of global stores) are in Japan, with 2,824 stores in Tokyo alone
I'm guessing each program and person is different; however, approximately how much actual classroom & study time is required for the Ed Visa?🇹🇭📚 Thanks!
The truth is when you hire a visa agent they will take care of everything for you for a small fee, and recommended it!! I have a friend if you ever need help. I originally was taking classes but when I would gage my visa they would take me to a different school, take a fake photo of me in class and then left 5 min later. Just about every one I know is her on an Ed Visa unless they are 50, at 50 you can get a retirement Visa. Thanks for watching!

How do you like the Riviera Jomtien? What is the price of a one bedroom?
Prices vary, got in at 16k a month and they go up from there, most are 25k for 1 bedroom. The location and facilities are top notch.@@DeusExMachina50
