The Creb Track Cape York

  • Monty the 2008 SVX Defender and Layla the 2007 Mitsubishi Triton take on the infamous Creb Track in Far North Queensland. Starting at Wujal Wujal at the northern end of the Creb we tackle everything the notorious trail throws at us including crossing the croc-infested Daintree River at the very southern end.
For context, when you see the defender struggling on some sections, we had torn the rear brake lines on a previous part of the Cape trip and couldn't get hold of the right tool up there to fix the brake lines so all we could do was crimp them off. That had the unintended issue of screwing up the traction control so the defender was operating on front brakes only and no TC for this trek.
NOTE: This was one of our most popular videos but it was unfortunately corrupted on RUclips's ad revenue system when they swapped from individual video purchase back to the free service, and has not been viewable for more than three years. We have only just been able to recover it and re-upload it to the channel.

Thanks mate - I have been working on a plan for that but it's still just in the early stages.
