I still remember the first time I got to Battle Frontier as a child, played the game all Friday night and called it after making it through the front gates. That Saturday morning I just woke up and soaked the frontier in lol such a unique postgame experience for Pokemon at the time it came out.. Such a shame it never got remade for the 3DS remakes

What an ALBUM! I never expected to find something like this in my Recommended list, this is great! My favorite track is definitely the beginning jazzy one, Entrance Gate. That hooked me good, and I loved the whole thing.

Man, I remember this, almost 2 decades ago. I was lowkey pissed because I'd missed out the grades requirement for a DS, but we were gonna go on vacation so I had to sit there in the cold car while we drove. But, just after we took off mom handed me a lunchbox with food in it, and then handed me another... But, it was a brand new DS fully charged, and this was the game it came with.
And then I woke up in 2024, and I got back to work coz I got bills. 9.6/10 would hallucinate again

Also - the warning symbol on Unexpected Melody is supposed to be ironic - it's suppose to be the "feels" from the music hitting you and knocking you over ;)

I don't know if I mentioned it in that video, but I really try to cover artists/albums/genres that get overlooked a lot. I noticed that pretty much all critics/reviewers cover the stuff coming out now from high profile artists and a lot of genuinely good music get's overlooked or forgotten about over time. I wanna make sure those artists get some credit. Plus with the internet, I can practically listen to everything (And I try, lol) I will do recent releases and bigger artists if they interest me enough, but that's not the main focus. I hope people can find some new artists they like through my channel. I do plan to release my own Music eventually, so gaining a following will help me to. It's a nice win/win for everyone, I think.

I think you echoed very personal feelings about the current state of gaming. I feel you, I have turned copletely to indie and Emulation and I don't look back. I hope you cna also find some enjoyment again, don't let the frustration hold you back and support the things that are actually good. Monster-collectiong RPGs are getting abundant, with really cool designs and clever mechanics.
