  • Hi Everybody,
Just testing out Laminar Research latest update to X-Plane, taking it to version 12.1. From what I've seen so far, it looks great and performs just well. Up next some day time dusk/dawn flying then back to my island hoping flights.
NOTE: With this update re-shade doesn't work anymore, so I'm using the following night lighting edits "mercury bright". A link is provided below if you want to give them a try.

Love these videos! Which headset do you use and do they work on PC while flying on XP12?

Hi Moe. I have a telex 850 aviation headset hooked up to the computer via FlightSounds USB Solo General Aviation Headset adapter. Works just fine with Xplane.

Hello sir, did you notice any changes in the night lighting, brighter perhaps?

Hi hassobasso, I use my own night lighting edits, I don't like the default lights from Laminar. They are available via download and their is a dim and bright set included, if you want to try them. fi.x-plane.to/file/388/x-plane-12-night-lighting-edits
