    Awesome video. Agree with a lot of the picks. I work at a Honda dealership in the dax has gotten a lot of buzz. Currently riding a '22 Enfield Interceptor and can't wait for the classic 650 to hit the US market because I will most definitely be getting one. Always dig your guy's content and the Enfield stuff is always special for me. Keep the awesome videos coming even if I don't get to watch them all.

    8:24 Newer riders do not need “tech” beyond ABS, which really isn’t even tech anymore. I’d rather see manufacturers reduce prices by dumbing down their entry level bikes than add things like adjustable suspensions or ride modes that new riders don’t need and shouldn’t have to pay for.

    I really think Honda should have put the transmission out of the Grom in the Dax instead of that Cub transmission.

    I wish a could have set the urinal side car up for you guys. It would have been so much more fun! Great pic of bikes. You two should convince Roman and Tommy to snag the new Dax. The things we could do. I think a color change full wrap from your pro guy would be a cool start. Love ya guys, happy holidays!

      You can set the sidecar up with a urinal? How fantastic that would be.

    I'm a beginner rider and want a bike with a automatic transmission, what do you recommend?

    • @TFLbike
      @TFLbike  14 часов назад

      Honda makes quite a few DCT bikes you don't have to shift manually, although a lot of them are on the larger side. I would say getting used to a bigger bike like the DCT rebel 1100/Africa Twin/Goldwing would be harder than learning a clutch. There is also the DCT NC750X which isn't quite as big but still on the taller side so depending on your height you may or may not feel comfortable balancing it as a beginner. Honda just release an E clutch CBR/CB650 that still has a clutch lever you can use or you can get the bike to do it for you which might be nice for learning. If you aren't planning on riding very fast roads though something like the Dax 125 or a super cub would be easy, clutch free bikes to ride. There is also the Kawasaki Ninja 7 hybrid we just rode that has no clutch but it's on the pricey side like a lot of electric motorcycles (which would also be a clutchless option). Depends on what you want your bike to do and what you're into, I'm sure some other folks will chime in stuff I'm not thinking of too.

      I'm in that market now. I had a 2015 FZ09. It was 8k out the door new. A current MT09 SP is like a thousand less than a MT10. I think it priced itself out of its own market. And like 4k more gets me a MT10SP.

      It clearly does not handle like my trail 125 but im a big fan of kawasaki and i respect how they made the first hybrid motorcycle and honestly for a gen 1 emerging technology type of development this looks better than a gen 1 prius id say its off to a better start at least you wonder what the gen 3 of this would be like. After a few more r&d cycles
