One of the most brutal DeathCore bands i've ever heard! To The Grave has helped me through some shit!! When I get fucking pissed, sad, or anything like that, I just turn on some music and To The Grave is one of those bands!! The band might not be about Mental Health but the sound is what I relate to! The chaos in my head is what To The Grave sounds like (in a good way of course)!! I also hate the shit that goes on in the world. So I guess I can relate to that!

Hey me also I got brutal depression and anxiety I even take anxiety meds but they only hold it at bay people wonder why I listen to deathcore death metal whatever you want to call it extreme music it makes me feel better also gets my anger out of me from bad childhood and makes me happy gets my blood flowing picks me up when I’m down makes me happy I love playing my guitar along with this shit figure out tunings riffs solos so much talent definitely helps keep my mind at bay I spend hours
