RENTING A HOUSE IN NZ | Buhay OFW sa New Zealand

Renting a house in New Zealand is challenging given its cost aside from the requirements. On the other hand, renting a room is much easier coz all you need to have is the bond and advance payment.
This vlog will help those OFWs or Pinoys who are new to New Zealand. This will help them decide on what kind of property they would like to rent either a house or just a room.

Tunay po yan pag tumitira sa dorm/flat. Luge talaga pag maaksaya sa aircon/heater ibang kasama mo.
Ang pinaka ayaw ko lang sa dorm/flat ay pag maingay tas d naglilinis ng CR, kaya ako pag nag rerent ay ung may sailing cr na.

Hi Erlyn. It really depends on the location, size of the house and if it’s new or an old house. Within Auckland the rental would be around $600-700 a week. That’s the average price exclusive of utilities. Best to check Trademe and other sites for rental property. Hope this helps. Regards
