65k is ok . Not bad and not very good . You will get roughly 2900 per month. Prices have slightly increased since last few months. But grocery are same as shown in my another video.
Some information is not clearly given in Austria. You apply for that first then you will know. I think if you have residence permit then you can apply.

International schools are very costly here. But govt. are free and every private has their own fees structure. Admission start here in September. In Austria bilingual schools also (more German language less English. ) German is must for kids
If your kid is 6. don’t worry about sending him to private school. It’s plus for him as he will learn both English and German at school and kids catch language so good in a year or two .
