  • This video is an excerpt from the newly relaunched Vajrayana Online course on the Three Yanas, or three vehicles - the three stages of practice in the Buddhist path of awakening as traditionally taught in Tibet. learning.tergar.org/three-yanas
In this video, Mingyur Rinpoche shares how we can find liberation by transforming the concepts that shape our perceptions of ourselves and our world. Through practice and study, we can transform our subtle assumptions into a clear understanding of the true nature of things - from mistaken concepts to accurate concepts to eventually going beyond concepts altogether.

In fear I grasp to words as if they were things. In attachment I grasp to words as if they were things. I simplify what I cannot hold onto as if clinging to it or turning against it could stop the world from changing. The only state of mind being able to be happy with the overwhelming uncertainty of life is boundless love unattached and cleared of not knowing. Due to our ability of experiencing suffering, we are able to learn not to bring suffering about. We learn within to be free of suffering. Meditation. Then we mix into the mutiplicity of beings in order to teach and learn until no suffering remains. Step by step. The only time to be alive and meaningful is now. Past is gone. Future is not yet. Only now is. Once you know about suffering you start out laughing when you find yourself caught in it. You take your chance and learn anew. Then you teach. You grow with experience. It is beneficial to all beings. One drop of juice will mingle in a glass of water and eventually influence each drop of it. Let us meditate and learn to be sweet lemons! 😊🌼

my interpretation : right view ::
    1. all is in change
    2. we cant control other human and not even our thoughts and health
    3. when we want things to go our way we create conflict and suffering. There are many ways things can be done

Buddha dharma - practice aspect - meditation // transforming myself I transform my world // psychological abc affect behaviour cognition equals to view meditation conduct // suffering is caused by lack of knowledge // my view is dellusive as if looking through coloured glasses // we believe falsely in continuity and get upset with the whole of our world because of clinging to things changing // we believe falsely in independence trying to be mighty over others // we believe falsely into singularity taking concepts as real entities as if they really existed and were not merely in their name // in meditation we concentrate and analyse in order to get beyond opposite concepts and see clear reality which is empty, changing, appearing and neither good nor bad // 🙂🙏

singularity means all having same essence- empty nature. one taste in all experience. example- whether listen to your talk or listen to outside noise is basically same. (empty sound) it is we who give importance to your talk (connecting two notes and giving meaning through consensus), that is the only difference. otherwise both have same taste. A-action- view - empty nature of all phenomenon, B familiarization (Gom)effect- all concept are freed C: conduct or behaviour- all is perfect as it is- nothing to transform or alter any state of mind. my statement above comes under C category. all teaching are salesman trying to sell his wares in market like a peddler, no difference yet both are empty nature and self liberated. monkey mind is needed inorder to communicate to function properly in this world to look sane, othewise no need to do anything at all-

This lecture was a bit fuzzy, not clear, confusing.
To see things as they are. The dilusions com from not knowing the nature of reality.
In the day to day job one has many expectations about the future.
    No permanence in permanent
No I really dont geti it. What does he want to say? Its not one thing its like five
