Very good explanation.
This technology is beneficial for those who have space constraints where shading is a problem due to nearby structures, buildings, or trees etc.
It is costly but the benefits are more than the increase in the cost w.r.t. to the complete solar cells panels.

Can I use or charge loom solar mono perc 440w sherk half cut solar panel with 12v 150Ah c10 single battery with solar inverter?

Check with the inverter, how much battery it support.
Yes you can charge 1 btry of 150 Ah but will take 4- 5 hrs to just charge 1 btry.
