I've been told that for senville they accept an ODP card only as proof of pro install and that isn't difficult/expensive to get. the senville stuff looks pretty good - I wouldn't touch mr. cool due to the pre-charged lines and higher price.
@@HVACKnowItAll yes they are sold without odp both on their site and on amazon - but need odp card in canada at minimum to get the warranty or have to hire a pro.

Panasonic have really stepped up their game. Up there now with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric.

Maybe now but the first Senville I bought was a home owner purchase from Amazon
