As someone who works in hospitality, sure there are a lot of bad places out there, but mistakes happen too and we're human, sometimes people just have bad luck or a bad day. And also, people learn from the reviews to be better and grow. (although normally in hospitality, if you complain about a dish, they offer you a solution, either a new one or a refund or something like that).

The drink at 8:19 is butterfly pea tea. It changes color with something acidic is added to it... I believe. Pea Tea is actually healthy for you.
