First of all Anton my brother Happy New Year! Can't wait to see what 2025 has in store for us and hopefully it'll be better than what '24 was. Secondly health and wellness is, I think, the most important thing to know about. Over the years I've always been one of those people that didn't really care that much about health. But I realized the older you get the more your body changes. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's bad. Not too long ago I read an article online that most people when they reach 35 years of age, which is where I am at now LOL, their body is going through more changes. Like me for example, some of my taste buds are changing. I don't really eat very many sweets anymore, it's not that I don't like sweets anymore, i just don't eat them as much as I use to. I also use to eat lots of food from gas stations if Im having a busy day at work and I need to stop for a quick bite, thats what I use to do almost everyday. Now I don't do that very much anymore either. Since November of 2024 I've lost about maybe 10 to 20 pounds. I know that doesn't sound like much but It's a pretty good start. And thirdly did you give a shout out to me Anton my brother?! 😍😍😍Or was that for another Kyle? It's okay if it was for someone else, you won't hurt my feelings LMAO. But if it is for me I'm smoking extra weed for you tonight my man.

And ya man, I just turned 29 so 30 is right around the corner and I'm actually feeling great about it, I feel like I am starting to grow into my personality haha I've always been the one everyone said acted like he was 14 going on 40 LOL Definitely have a smoke on me bro, I will be doing a Cannabis ceremony this weekend as I recently started to do after my MDMA and Psilocybin ceremony earlier this month. Now I smoke some Cannabis, meditate, and see where my consciousness takes me... recently I have been getting A LOT of creative business ideas. I'm stoked to have this video out, so I can really step into my new creative direction. Its been scary, but I sometimes feel like I can sense the future, and I feel this step is an important one that will eventually lead to me to pioneering the thing that I am meant to bring into the world, and eventually share on Joe Rogan, Aubrey Marcus, Theo Von, and some of my other aspirations. While I agree that Rush is incredibly talented, I just don't like Geddy's voice, simple as that. Same with Dream Theatre, I think they are phenomenal musicians, it's just their style of vocals don't do it for me.
