Just incredible. I have a 450fx and a 125x for my daughter but would love to be in the position to add an 85 for my 12yr old son. Probably going to wait a bit and go 125x for him also. Rado you are the best Dad for making that happen.
Nice to see someone care this much about their children and the passion. Growing up I was always told that dirt bikes are dumb and dangerous and that I should focus on school hahah.
Redid a mint 06 RM85 for my son recently. All the best parts. JDM head. Pro Circuit pipe /shorty silencer. Moto Tasani V-force 3. Kenda tires. Wiseco racer elite piston kit. Updated plastics. New levers. Gold RK chain. Rental sprockets. Boyessen side cover. It's a ripper & best of all a Suzuki!
Hey what was the JD jetting kit you are using? My son's been riding tne 22 YZ85 for a year now, standard except levers/pedal/covers etc, just got a rad valve and will be trying a Scalvini and GYTR pipe soon.

that sounds amazing David, I bet she is a ripper! Where can I see it?
I rode a Yamaha YZ85 2002 model way back in 2003, this would have been a dream back then!
Great job Timmy!
Bike looks awesome
thanks guys, glad you like it! we should ride soon!
That FMF PIPE BRO!!!🔥🔥
I always wanted a big wheel Yamaha 85 since I was a kid. I think this is gonna inspire me to build one as a 5’6 140 pound adult play bike 😜
right on! that would be a fun play bike, plenty of power there
Is it just me or does this pipe look like a 90s style pipe shape. I dig it
No more 2002 up
Thank you. You answered my question in your first sentence. My son’s 14. I guess 112 or 125 2-smoker then. That’s a nice yz though💪🏻🤙🏻
yes, 14 probably ok for a full size bike.. but also depends how big he is. My son is 5'4 and 117lbs.. rather big 11 year old..
Where do people get the tires with the yellow letters?
Love J!!!!

they have only one kit for yz85, comes with the chart jets and needles. Runs pretty good, but you might need to play with it a bit

Where can i grab that awsome graphics kit from brother?
www.decalmx.com/ these guys made it, show them the pic of the bike and they will be able to do the same for you. Good luck!
Is that gold series pipe
